The highlight is to see the sunrise on the summit!
Not everyday that one can see the sunrise. It depends on the weather condition so I as a guide contemplate whether we can go up in case of bad weather.
Route & Time schedule
8:00 Meet at Kawaguchiko station
9:00 Get to the 5th station (the entrance)
10:00 Start to walk up
14:00 – 16:00 Arrive at the mountain hut
0:00 – 2:00 Restart to the summit
4:30 See the sunrise and walk around the crater
10:00 Come back to the 5th station
12:00 Back to Kawaguchiko station
You can pick up another route (Fujinomiya and Subashiri) if you like. Please feel free to ask me about another route. The time schedule above is similar to these other routes’s.
What is included

-Transportation (From the city to 5th station included toll road)
What you need
-Walking shoes and rain jacket are definitely needed. I often see a lot of tourists struggling with shoes worn out the back and sudden down pour. The basalt will damage the back of your shoes. For any other stuffs, let me explain you later.
-First day’s lunch
-The entrance fee(It will be 4,000 yen) is paid by you at the gate when you start the trekking.
To stay in a mountain hut
You can choose a mountain hut as I will send you the link page of some mountain huts. The charge will be at the range from 10,000 yen to 15,000 yen per person per night. It will be included 2 meals(dinner and simple breakfast). This mountain hut charge is not included in my fee. You can pay it at the mountain hut. If you ask me to book any mountain hut, please feel free to ask it to me.
Other infromation
-There are some cases that we can’t go up from the mountain hut where we will stay because of the harsh weather conditions or your health conditions.
-If I book a mountain hut as a guide, the mountain hut charges you for your guide’s charge.
